BT agrees £400m rescue of TalkTalk, preserving 900 jobs and 1.5m customers
BT will buy TalkTalk and its wholesale arm PlatformX Communications from administration for about £400m on a debt‑free basis, a deal that the buyer says will save around 900 jobs.
